You’ll Never Guess Who Ariana Grade Gave a Shout Out To in Her Awards Speech!

We all know Ariana Grade is no stranger to controversy, whether it is stealing boyfriends, stealing husbands, or even licking a donut or two. Naturally, when she went up on the stage to accept an award at the Palm Springs International Film Awards people wondered who she would thank and what she would say.

Maybe her best friend and co-star Cythia Erivo? Yes, Grande did thank her, but she also gave a special gracious thank you to someone else… someone she’s never truly addressed before (at least not in a public setting like this).

On December 4th, in front of peers and fans alike, Ariana in a silvery blue-green bubble-esk dress (still channeling Galinda it seems) got up on stage to thank … her injectables! The newly blonde star jokingly said, "I want to start by thanking my good friends Botox and Juvéderm. I thought I’d be hearing ‘Slightly Withering Star’ or ‘Drooping Star’ by now, so thank you.”

Although we all speculate who Ariana may or maybe not be dating a few times a year, the topic of her injectables is never really a conversation - because they are that subtle! Ariana’s spray tans may change frequently in shade but the flawless nature of her skin and skin elasticity never really does. If we were to speculate, perhaps a mix of Sculptra for collagen building, maybe even a tiny bit of lip filler for fullness, and definitely some botox to keep the wrinkles at bay.

We all love our injectables - they keep us looking refreshed and young all year around. Maybe we all need to thank them a bit more too!
